OUR CENTER

At Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Muncie, we provide personalized treatments tailored to each individual patient and resident we serve. After an individual is admitted, he or she takes part in rehabilitation screening. From there, the medical condition and ability to undertake rehabilitation is evaluated so the appropriate rehabilitation plan can be created.

Many of our patients go home after a few weeks and, for those who are unable to return home right away, we provide safe, compassionate care in an environment that fosters independence and dignity.
